Somernites Cruise

Somer­nites Cruise takes over down­town Som­er­set every fourth Sat­ur­day, April through Octo­ber from 12 to 6 p.m. in down­town Som­er­set — The Car Cruise Cap­i­tal of Ken­tucky! All events are rain or shine and admis­sion is free. A spe­cial fea­ture occurs each month along with a vari­ety of ven­dors and raf­fles. All shows are open to all show cars to dis­play.

April 27 — “LS” show­case, vin­tage trac­tor dis­play, and Jeep & 4x4 dis­play

May 25 — “Mopar Mania” show­case spon­sored by Don Franklin Chrysler, and 7th Annu­al Cir­cle the Wag­ons dis­play (sta­tion wag­ons)

June 22 —  “Camaro/Chevelle/Nova” show­case, 2nd Annu­al Young Guns dis­play, and Trans Am/Firebird dis­play

July 27 —  “*8h Annu­al Somer­nites Cruise Truckin’ Nation­als” show­case spon­sored by Auto Kus­toms and LMC Truck, Pro Street dis­play, and 1993 Chevy truck raf­fle draw­ing

Aug. 24 —  “Mus­tang Alley” show­case spon­sored by Alton Blak­ley Ford, and import/exotic dis­play

Sept. 28 —  “Corvette Sum­mer” show­case spon­sored by Don Franklin Chevro­let, lift­ed truck dis­play, and 8th Annu­al Campin’ the Cum­ber­land Vin­tage Camper Ral­ly
