DESCRIPTION:Moon­light Fes­ti­val returns for its fourth year on Sat­ur­day\, Oct. 15\, fea­tur­ing food ven­dors\, spir­its\, live art cre­ation from local and region­al artists\, and an eclec­tic mix of out­stand­ing music. The fes­ti­val begins at 11 a.m. on Foun­tain Square. DESCRIPTION:Our first art mar­ket was such a great suc­cess that we’re host­ing anoth­er — but this time\, with a mid­sum­mer night’s vibe! \nJoin us for the #see­my­set Art Mar­ket at Rocky Hol­low Park from 2 to 8 p.m. Sat­ur­day\, Aug. 14. The park will be filled with the sights\, sounds and tastes of sum­mer — local and region­al art ven­dors will fill tents with their wares while mar­ket-goers enjoy the instru­men­tal sounds of the Som­er­set Big Band\, vio­lin­ist Lucy MacArthur and drum soloist Bradley Shane Gilmore. \nWe’ll also host an online auc­tion for pieces cre­at­ed dur­ing our Food­stock and June­teenth fes­ti­vals\, and these works will be on dis­play dur­ing the event. Pro­ceeds from the auc­tion will go to our #see­my­set Art Fund\, which sup­ports art ini­tia­tives in the city. \nFood trucks will also be on-site through­out the evening. Food trucks will be avail­able on-site and local musi­cians will per­form acoustic sets through­out the day. \nThe high­light will be an auc­tion spon­sored by Ford Broth­ers Auc­tion­eers to ben­e­fit art ini­tia­tives with­in the city. Bour­bon bar­rel lids paint­ed by local artists dur­ing the city’s Moon­light Fes­ti­val in Octo­ber will be auc­tioned dur­ing the event\, with all mon­ey raised going to a new #see­my­set Art Fund.
